  2. Information We Collect: There are several areas on our web site where you may be asked to enter information. We DO NOT share any personal information about you to or with any person or organization except: as authorized by you, our partners, contractors, or as may be required by law.

    Information we receive from you on qualification forms: When you come to our web sites to complete a qualification form you'll need to provide personal and financial information such as your name, phone number, e-mail address and debt amount.

  3. How your information is used: We use the information you provide on your qualification form to provide debt consulting and place you in a program to resolve those debts.

    Sharing information with our debt consultants: At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to us on the qualification form will be sent through our system and presented to one of our debt consultants or partner debt consultants.

    Sharing information with other third parties: We do not share any of your information with third parties unless you specifically request.

    Changing your information: You have the ability to change or alter your information before you press the submit button. Once your information is submitted it will be provided to a debt consultant. You may contact your debt consultant directly to change any information.

    Security: FreedomDebt.com's sites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Data is stored and backed up with nationally leading and secure providers.
